Discussion about 809 Riverside Drive #HOUSE
Lovely place and very unique. I viewed the property and considered an offer, but my contractor indicated that the cost of renovation would likely be over $750K. Has anyone else seen the building?

i did. it's falling apart. but it would work for a restaurant (a nice french one, the area is very under served) or office of a non profit, for example. i wouldn't consider it as a residence as it has bad light and lack of privacy.
