Does anyone have an idea about the price difference between a third floor apartment and a 9th floor apartment on a quiet street with brownstones?

Need more info:
How does the view compare? Amount of light? Ability to see sky? Rule of thumb is $5-10K more per added floor but that is VERY general and not always applicable.
