This is just one of many buildings in the area that have become available. Pricing is an issue in this area and will continue to be until the developers and banks realize that they may get what they want if they turn back the hands of time a couple years. I like this building from the outside but have yet to venture in. Will do so when time permits. Just like all of the other condos on FDB it will sit for a while before anything happens. DEVELOPERS take your tax breaks at the end of the year.
