i flipped on HGTV last night and couldn't believe what i saww... house in denver listed for $189k, buyers offered $179k.. borker tells client hey these guys really don't wanna go past $180k and counter offers at $179,750.. a $750 increased counter-offer. made my night day.. wasn't able to finish entire episode as i had to run out to buy some cat food.
