Discussion about
Art or science? Especially for coops. And would you add sleeping lofts or storage spaces to the square footage? For example, would this really be 1,300 square feet? http://www.corcoran.com/property/listing.aspx?Region=NYC&ListingID=1964977&ohDat=3/28/2010%2012:00:00%20AM; Cheers...Sam

953 livable sq ft by my calculations. you can give the loft, that has 6' clearance, another 50 cents on the dollar. it's just like counting a parking spot sq ft in the calculation. most corcoran and elliman brokers are experts and finagling sq ft. i've seen one with a floorplan that has 885 sq ft and was being advertised as 1100. i guess they take some hallucinagens before doing the math.

wait, my good man, are you implying that brokers are full of it, and are the scum of the earth, in general?

Bad boy!
