This is truly one of the most beautiful buildings on the upper west side. It only has 32 apartments and has all the original floor plans in tact. It was never chopped up as many of the buildings were during the depression. Just a wonderful building and block.

Never been inside but the pics and layouts look good so you have to wonder why there are so few takers. Are people are having trouble financing due to % sponsor ownership?

Family size apartments that don't allow washer/dryers make my eyes rain.

Look at the sponsor. Maurice Mann was involved in the Apthorp fiasco. I will go there this weekend to check it out and report.

Take a look at http://streeteasy.com/nyc/talk/discussion/3728-condo-conversions-uws. I saw these apartments when they went on the market 2 years ago and my impression was that they were nice, but had almost no closet space. Gotta wonder why they have not sold in 2 years imo.
