90 w bed bugs - terrible management

Amazing that the last post on here was about 90W. Well, here's my story: http://bedbugsinthehouse.blogspot.com/ Basically, I moved here Sept 2009 and just recently discovered bed bugs in my apartment. Now the building is making me pay for inspection/exterminating services of bed bugs, which is illegal. Not only that, they have made me feel like a dirty, guilty, and infected tenant by the way they have treated and talked to me. "You brought THAT into the building, you have pay to take care of it"... Talk about great service. They offered plastic bags as help.
