When Do June 1 Rentals Peak?

I'm searching high and low for a high quality June 1 rental downtown on the West Side and I'm not seeing great inventory. When will the bulk of listings for June 1 come on the market? Right now some are May 1 (bottom of barrel) and some are June 1 but I'm curious if the brunt of the June 1s are still to come. Worried I might not find anything.

Most rental listings don't come on the market much more than 6 weeks before the unit becomes vacant.
