I'm the executor of my aunts apartment in tony Staten Island. 1 Bed/1 Bath (675 Square Feet) Everyone who wants to buy, believes they are the next Donald Trump, and this will be an investment property for them. If you can rent the unit for $1,300 a month and common charges are $358 a month, taxes $500 a year. What price do you pay as a buyer if your all cash? (Top end estimates) What price do you pay if your finacing 20% Down, 5.25% interest, 30 year fixed? (Top end estimates). Thanks for your input.
A slight detour but I would recommend Norma Sue Wolfe at Gateway Arms Realty. She's an old friend of my husband's family (he's a third-generation tony Staten Islander) and I have seen before how persistent she is. She'll get it done.
