Questions re 20 Pine

Hello - I am thinking about moving to FIDI and looking at rentals at 20 Pine. For those who live in the building, how full is the building? How do you like living in the building? I realize that these are condos and I will be renting thru the individual owner, does anyone have any advice in getting a lease without going thru a broker? Also, as i plan to break my current lease (which ends 3/1/11) I am thinking of either moving summer or waiting until Sept/Oct. Which do you think is best? Thank you all for help!
