Riverhouse again

Riverhouse is going to start selling again. Funny that they are not decreasing the prices that much. If you look at other neighborhoods in NYC even at other buildings in BPC, they are all affected by market crash by 20-25%. Riverhouse however has not been affected by anything. High price for such high maintenance and PILOT. I am curious to see how they are going to sell in this market. Riverhouse resales are still in the market despite being underpriced, but the new sales office is still planning to price the left-over units high for the market. Hey Riverhouse, wake up! It is time to be realistic, open your eyes and look around! Your only market is "families with kids" who are spread all over NYC and can find way more reasonable prices in other "kids friendly" neighborhoods.
