Discussion about
any new feed back of this building in Fidi? i liked what i saw, the amenenties were great, the apts. great, right around the corner from stone street, walking distance to south st seaport and although not the architecture characteristic of the neighborhood, the views and feel from inside the apartments are spectacular.specifically higher floors. anyone living there? considering buying? thanks

I haven't seen a unit yet at WBH but can you explain what the point is of the slats where the bathtub is?? Also a floorplan I saw showed a large-ish closet in the bathroom - actually the only closet in the unit and I am not sure I want my clothes in the bathroom...wouldn't they get moldy from steam?? I do plan to check out a rental there. Saw 20 pine this weekend and was less than impressed (with the unit, not the building)

the slats where the master bathtub is can be left closed and they would look like closet doors. i dont think it makes or breaks a deal and what is nice about it is you can have a view from the tub to the window in the master bedroom. most of the units had walk in closets in the master bath, but the bathrooms were large and the closets had doors. i really don't see it as creating a "mold" problem, perhaps it can steam your clothes and eliminate the need to iron...
what was you your opinion of 20 pine? it seems like the bldgs to look at down there are 75 wall, 20 pine, and william beaver. they all have that hotel like quality with just a kitchen wall but they definitely are not cookie cutter apartments that you find more uptown in large buildings.
