This is the daftest attempt at marketing yet. Anyway, good luck with renting out your apartment. Not that I've had much experience renting, but isn't a $500 application fee a bit steep?

I can't believe it either! Surely some bail bonds man would've snapped it up, since it's right across the street from the jail! And that rent is a steal!

yeah, think about all the people coming to visit their friends in jail! That will be a great crowd to rub elbows with.
