Does not having a permanent c/o affect the value of the condo significantly and/or plays negatively when getting a mortgage. The condo building I am looking at is six years old but still only has a conditional c/o. The owners seem happy and the historical sales record show they have been bought and sold many times at comparable prices with others in the area? Expert opinions are welcome and appreciated.
