truth, for 88 leonard above SE states 278 prior rental listings, but then only has 40 listed, and only one since 10/08.

Truth - For 50 Murray I said no postings since July 2009 which is exactly what you posted. For 88 Leonard I said since October 2008 which is exactly what you posted.

Maybe they were able to omit listings pre renovation as they were no longer like kind? Don't know, just guessing. They should still be there.

those damned helicopters can be so distracting.

10013, same thing at the strathmore. i noticed some time ago that although related had active listings they weren't showing up in the history when they rented. only 40 listing although SE notes more than 3 times that amount as having been listed.

chelsea vanguard, same thing. it looks like they have limited the rentals history to 40, filling those up with the oldest and then maybe having one or two current ones.
