its true Matt and you know there are prime areas of Washington Heights as well?
of course since its now been deemed one of new yorks food deserts maybe you will be able to get a meal that doesn't come in nugget form.

Cause when i think of prime Manhattan that's convenient to everywhere, has great food, lots of green space and is super safe.....well that could only be Washington Heights

Steve, I'll assume you're not trying to cop secondhand laughs with essentially a repeat post. I think it's generally accepted that the area in question is roughly bounded by Grand St, North 12th, the waterfront, and Roebling. Basically anything close enough to the Bedford L stop.
