Discussion about
I understand movers expect a fairly generous tip. Is there a standard % I should know about? Thanks.

$50 per guy, $100 for the foreman.

Double those rates for a walk-up.

no jamba -- you cheap ____ -- they work very hard -- 25% of total move -- I had 6-8 guys for 2 days -- pack, move and unpack -- 18 hours -- I tipped $850. They deserved it and did a greeat job. You doctor charges $325 for a 10 minutes visit. No tip.

A few houndred dollars is typically normal when you move for the tip.
