Vastly overpriced for that size. Go to nybits.com, you can find a no-fee market rental much bigger @ several grand less a month.

The G line is 701 ft² up to the 18th floor, then 727 ft² on 19-21. That's measured from the inside, though, not the outside or halfway through as typically done these days. Still overpriced, as stevehjx said, for a standard 1972 one-bedroom. The owner paid $705,000 in 2006 and hasn't paid his CCs since 2009.
