Anybody have any advice on this building???

I only looked at the one apartment listed on streeteasy. I still can't get past the prices on new construction. Here, a one bedroom has two full baths--one in the entry area--which makes no sense at all to me. Carrying charges are high. $1.8MM+ for only 1200 sq/ft and mostly bathroom is just not appealing to me. And CORE marketing is REALLY unappealing to me. Bring your "stripper oil" remover because you'll feel like you need a shower when they are done with you.
