kitchen facelift.. need design advice

Discussion about
with keeping the "blue pearl" granite floor (to minimize costs) . thoughts on painting cabinets an earthy gray and replacing countertops with carrera of similar. white "ish" blackspash . i should mention , weekend home aside the city. thank you!
