I'm interested in buying a unit here. I know that it has had successful closings. Is there anything I should know about the building before closing on a unit? Thanks

I saw Bobby Trendy at the Ivy the other day. He was still calling Anna Nicole and pretending to talk to her. We all listened...intently.
