Condo in LIC

Discussion about
For those people who have purchased in LIC, or those who are actively searching, do you recommend using a real estate agent? If not, have you been calling the management offices? I've seen many different condos discussed in the forum. Is there a list of all LIC condos and their respective offices? I am looking for a 1-br and am just getting started. Thanks.

I don't know of a real estate agent but I can tell you i used a window treatment company and was vey happy with their service. www.nywindowtreatment.com
