Discussion about
So is today another inflection point where we start to see the market turn downward again? Goldman execs get mashed to pieces by Senator Levin, S P downgrades Greece and Protuguese debt. Result ==> Dow down 213. Is this a momentary blip, or the start of another retreat? And if it's a retreat, what effect on NYC metro housing prices?

Worries about stock price stability can be positive for real estate.

The stock market can make you plenty of money, even derivatives or derivatives on derivatives that are all the subject of discussions in the Senate today. The opposite happens too.
Real property is tangible and a place to call home and is be a sensible place for families living within their means.

My father was too busy sending money back home to feed and clothe the extended family. We never owned growing up, all of us turned out alright. But you are right Jeffrey Dahlmer ate people bc he grew up in a rental.

So you believe owners are cannibals? Is that how far you are willing to go to support your rental agenda? And what kind of family are you from with no clothing?

Hey. I'm not the one who said owning is 'sensible'. Which begs the question, renters are unirregardlessnonsensible, ergo are cannibals. So I just pointed out a real cannibal grew up in a 'owned' home. So had he grown up in a rental, he would not be chasing naked Vietnamese guys around the block, with the cops just handing said cannibalee back to Jeff. 1 + 1= 2. Let's start from there.
