rent stabilization, projects - a huge mistake, so hard to undo

Generally, very few RS apts have been CREATED. So yes, over time, they will be phased out.

If you are rent stabilized and subsidized by your landlord and protected by the state, this is one of the few instances where it makes sense to be a renter.
