I will be starting a total gut renovation on my 1400 square foot loft within the next month. I need some recommendations for a great and easy to work with architect. Pointing out the ups and downs, the dos and the don't s for this type of renovation will also be helpful. Thanks!

he has great ideas and great to work with.
Can recommend an architect and interior design firm. The principal of the company has 30 years experience in the business. He is easy to work with and he translates your lifestyle and vision into the space. Please email me for additional information. personagroup@aol.com

AT Interior Designs, www.annietse.net. She did drawings for my home renovation and has resources to contractors and architects...etc. My home was about 3400 sq ft in total. She's got great ideas, diligent and always on time.
This husband and wife team are very nice and do AMAZING work.
