SoHo Court - think twice before renting here

Discussion about SoHo Court at 301 Elizabeth Street in Noho
I just about had it with living at Soho Court. Today, I came back home and the elevator was broke, yet again. The only thing that happens more is the lack of hot water, which happens about 4 times a month (some weird boiler problem that they seem to not be able to fix in last couple of years). Plus packages mysteriously disappear, especially around the holidays. And there has been incidents of theft as there is no security in the building. Don't even get me started on horrible management company!

Do you or any other residents have a paper trail? If not these things will keep going on unchecked.
