As featured on "Selling New York" on HGTV last night. I have nothing against this apartment (aside from, of course, the dreadful lack of a proper kitchen and the fact that you have to dine in the entry foyer). It's a lovely, VERY tastefully appointed proper one bedroom with the bonus of an extra half-bath. But there is no way on God's Green Earth that it's worth anywhere near $1.395 million. At BEST maybe $950K -- and even that's a stretch. Methinks the happy couple won't be moving into a bigger place anytime soon.
