Discussion about
Does anybody have experience with the Park West Village Condo buildings? (They are 372 CPW, 382 CPW, 392 CPW, and 400 CPW.) How easy is it to get a mortgage in those buildings? How are the Condo Boards? How is the maintenance staff? Anything else I should know before considering them?

And -- is there any difference between the buildings? I know that 372 is supposed to be the fanciest, but are 382 and 392 any good?

In from best to worst: 372, 400, 392, 382. Nice layouts in the apartments, but the buildings are not the best; lots of repairs, bad elevators, dingy hallways.

Interesting, thanks. How do 400 and 392 compare (aside from the obvious of better central park views in 400)?

Better value in 400, also a very nice garden in the back that none of the other buildings have. 372 has an ugly paved area they have yet to transform into anything useful.
