on January 19, 2010, former Governor Corzine signed a new law in NJ that would allow for a possible rebate to a buyer, whcn working with a buyer agent. The intent if for agents who you hire to list with and who you also use to help buy your next NJ property (both transactions have to occur in NJ) to provide you with a rebate on the commission earned.
