i've been looking at the condo for a while. the interior and the convenience and portability of it, and with the deal they offer for their condos seems very reasonable. i'm moving to new york soon and planning to rent one of their condos soon, probably sometime next week, without the help of the brokers. the prices that brokers offer and prices on the condos website is really different. do you guys have any ideas about that?

oh, and it says on the floor plan that the fee says "common charges." does that mean the actual rental charge could go up??
