After seeing 200+ apts in the city the past 24 months, this looks like a great deal. Can anyone give me three good reasons it is not a good deal? Curious!

Because if it were really a good deal, and you were actually interested in buying it (and not the broker trying to sell it) you would certainly not have posted it here!!
