Discussion about 404 East 79th Street #5H
After seeing 200+ apts in the city the past 24 months, this looks like a great deal. Can anyone give me three good reasons it is not a good deal? Curious!

nice layout, $ looks like a deal - for moi would never buy into any bldg with a pool - and might the location be too far east for your life/style.

You have to love the "home office alcove". That was the walk in closet which was expendable once the Mstr Bdrm lost it's width with the wall closets.
The apt could go down another 100k, before you get serious bidders. Good luck.
