Discussion about
The board schedule second interview with me, after the firsts one went very well . .is this normal practice? Is any body have similar experience ?
Unusual...actually, personally have never heard this before. Usually a yes or a no.
Was someone unexpectedly not present at the first one? Did you have any change in circumstances in the interim -- job change, sale of another property, etc.? I'd ask your agent what's up. Maybe he/she can fish for what's going on.
I have never heard of this, and I'd say it means you were 1) borderline and 2) charmed one of the board members who is pulling for you. Try hard to get your agent to give you the lay of the land before you do round #2.

This is uncommon. My guess would be, as front_porch said, you were borderline and there was some issue with the interview/financials/references/how you dressed/etc (and any of these can be pros or cons). Obviously they are not ruling you out though.
thanks for the advices... very soon i will have idea what exactly mean 2nd round...
Very unusual, but the fact that you're being summoned to a second interview means the answer -- so far -- is NOT "no".
Follow Front_Porch's advice and talk to your agent about getting the "lay of the land".
Second interview? You aren't an actor trying to land a movie/Broadway/T.V. role; and being asked to return for a "call-back".
If they didn't approve of you enough, the first time -- go courting in some other building.
Don't bring chocolates and flowers.
"If they didn't approve of you enough, the first time -- go courting in some other building. "
It's not a car purchase -- it's a HOME purchase. They are IN CONTRACT. Do you even understand what that means?
Never heard of it either. Good luck.
Tell me how the super-Saturday goes!!!!!!!
Yes Matt. I've been in contract several times. I understand what that means.
Then you understand it's not as simple as just turning on your heel and walking out of an automobile showroom, yes?
I never said that it was, Matt.
Yes you did: "If they didn't approve of you enough, the first time -- go courting in some other building."
No Matt. That's your interpretation of my comment.
Some things are not easy.
Life isn't always easy.
Work isn't always easy.

Don't forget, the Bored interview is every much about you learning about them. Especially in small buildings, if they are stupid or dirty or racists, or just or too liberal, or too rush limbaugh enough too not want you, it's probably a blessing in disguise!
well... my second interview was postponed till i submit the whole new purchase application again( my name was spell different on some document) i was able to submit this new package for a day with correct spelling and letter explaining this issue .... and today i find out the news that i was rejected....i really have no comments .....
