Call Icon parking at 877 PARKING and tell them you want something in the financial district. I garage a Landcruiser on John street for $325/month. Only negative is garage closes at midnight and opens at 6 am. Not a bad compromise for the price.

there is a OPEN garage on gold st that cost $350 I think. But it had the hours like Goldie mentioned.. If the hours work for you, its a good deal. It didnt work for me. Also, remember that there is always a wiggle room. Also for monthlies some garages dont accept credit cards. May be a hassle for you.
