Don't fall victim to a lying home seller

This happens in private home sales, and apartment building sales.
Don't depend on the minutes to inform you of important information about the building and the apartment.
Check for yourself on the HDP and DOB websites.

I brought the board of my condo building to its knees, and am forcing them to make repairs that they are responsible for, and have been neglecting/avoiding: both in the building and my apartment.

It cost me a lot of money in legal fees. The board filed a bogus lawsuit against me, trying to force me out of the building; rather than deal with the problems. I fought back. That is one of the reasons I would never sell my apartment while hiding problems.

Now, the condo board has to settle with me because they had no case.
I have copies of minutes, and depositions. They're mine to keep, and disclose.
