Discussion about
Hello all, just need some advise. Looking to buy a condo moderately priced, don't have park ave taste bcause I have a queens wallet but here goes. Isn't there a decent condo building that's not priced out of this world? I know I'm going to get what I pay for essentially but God!!! Somewhere in Queens LIc maybe Astoria that is possible? Reasonable maint costs R.E. taxes I mean something where I'll have $ left over at the end of the month for milk and coffee? Id LOVE Williamsburg but I'm not a millionare. Help!!!

Sure, I would avoid new condo development like the plague. Why don't you look around in Astoria for multi-fam? They are out there ...

First of all, learn how to spell "advice".

Second, I think your best bet, on a "Queens budget", would be a co-op.

sumday, if this is a frustration (rant) post, then I would say just wait another year or so.
If you're serious, then let us know your price and size range.

sumday, don't worry, Matt has a perpetual contest with the two homeless "friends" he's taken in to his apartment about who can keep a stick shoved up their asshole longer. Still going, 658 days and counting with no winner yet. His building doormen check every morning on compliance in lieu of a Christmas tip.

I have couple places in Williamsburg that are extremely well priced. (no need to sell a liver on ebay : )

One is a luxury 2 bedrooms in an amenities full building w gorgeous city view of Empire State Bldg. Maintenance is very low and has another 12 year of tax abatement.

Then I have a 2 bedroom & a 1 bedroom condos in a walk-up bldg. The prices are priced below the market as the developers want to get all the units sold quickly. Everything is brand new and there are private balcony and washer/dryer in both of these units.

Email me if you are interested. ng@metropolitanpropertygroup.com
