Visited a small 4th floor, 1bedroom condo conversion walkup facing south listed at $359,000. The apartment gets much light and overlooks a basketball court that seems to get alot of use. It also has a private roof deck area. The block seems to be in transition as it's on the east side of Wash ave. I guess I need to spend time in this area at night, etc to get a good feel for amenities, safety, noise, neighbors, etc. Anyone have any input as to the building, block, etc?
