This is not the actual unit for rent. I went to the Open House today. And, the 1st. thing the broker said was that there was a "mistake" with the listing...it's actually an unrenovated studio. She claimed that reno. would be done by next week & that she had just revised the listing. Yet, apparently, that is not the case. Doncha hate to have your time wasted?! I sure do :(

I wouldn't go back next week. Don't reward agents or brokers who won't give customers due diligence. You can definitely find a great place to live by working with honest salespeople.
