And BTW: I'm SOOOOO TIRED of seeing cheap cheap cheap finishes, stupid layouts (architects? Hardly),described as "Luxury". Either people are all stupid or developers think they are. People wake up: research, look up brands, look at parquet quality, appliances etc and make a couple of calculations.
If I see another line like "Borsch dishwasher" I'll scream; Wow, guess what, a dishwasher costs a couple of grands, who cares? I'll buy my own, give me solid walls, well done floors, good plumbing and electrical system, bathrooms and good space. For that I'll pay. But don't give me the "Brand appliances and luxury" line, that's just for idiots.

B) Consider with each floor you are loosing close to 25% square footage to stairs and elevator
