Columbus Circle area - new buildings

Hi, So after exploring fidi I think I am going to find something in the Col Circle area (I work on Park/57). I looked at a studio at the Sheffield (perfect location but the apt looked RIGHT into the Hearst bldg). Can anyone recommend new bldgs in that immediate area (don't want to be near Lincoln center - I really don't like UWS at all) and am trying for 57th and Clinton area. (single female so pls don't suggest no man's land like the Ohm. lol) Any info people can give on bldgs to check out would be great. Looking for alcove studio or 1 br under 3k. Right now on my list is Sheffield, Westport and Park Towers South. thank you!!
