AG and Rushmore

Just found out that Extell has challenged the AGs opinion on the Rushmore with the same gobbledy gook that went against them in the first place. What will happen with this delay tactic. And realtors at the Rushmore have not shared with the new buyers that there is a lawsuit against Extell. Isn't that against the law?

It appears one of the buyers gave his deposit/singed a contract after Aug 08 and none of the buyers started any action until after closings were announced. One can see Extell's side in this.
