what do you guys thisnk about Bayview oaks @ southampton , is it good for year round living? is it good investement regarding location ? thanks

look at the stats for the schools.. Southampton not so great Sag Harbor the best. too far from the ocean, ok if you like the bay, and very Local. tough to rent out in there, as it's a little rundown and not what the hotshots want.

My friend lives in Rampasture. Taxes very high and schools not so hot.. You can google Newsday and schools and all the stats for various towns are there. I had someone looking at my listing in Sag Harbor, best schools and tax rates, and prepared a spreadsheet with all the school info. I would be happy to send the spreadsheet to you.. Leave your email here. One other thing Rampasture is the nicest part of Hampton Bays, but there are many small shack type properties abound. I won't be popular, but I would keep away for resale...better go west to Westhampton for value and schools or come out to Sag Harbor.

so , if i would like to invest or think about resale in 4-5 years , alos better palce to rent- summer or year round- where to buy?
