Discussion about
any input on the Beaumont at 30 w 61st. Looking to purchase a 1 BR there or at 220 Riverside (Trump). any advice appreciated!

One is a RSB and the other is a Columbus Circle. Not really Lincoln Center condos. Beaumont is a better location but that building is really hemmed in. If you need to breathe, go for the RSB.
