Yeah I saw this apartment over 6 months ago.
The square footage is not accurate. It's 1500 sq ft including the private terrace and the common terrace. It's more like 900 square feet of interior, and you feel the 15 foot width (in a bad way).
One positive, the common space is semi private, your sharing it with neighbors on your floor and it extends the side of the building.
If memory serves, it's owned by one of the Fox News debators, not Hannity, the other guy.
If the in contract does actually close, Id be shocked if it were anywhere near the asking price.

most if not all of the windows were lot line. they all face that old flea market space next to the building (tower records). the circular staircase was beyond terrifying. i would steer clear.

It's in contract....someone loves it.
