PAINT THE PARTI-COLORED FIREPLACE!!! I DON'T CARE IF IT'S APPLE GREEN, BUT GET THE SUBURBAN FAKE ANTIQUE BRICK MONSTER HIDDEN AWAY AND THIS SHOULD HAVE A MUCH BETTER CHANCE! Othewise it looks charming, clean, bright, roomy and tasteful. Stucco it over, paint it white, or enclose it so only a wee tiny bit of the egregious NJ subdivision brick shows and you've got a WINNER!!!
