any thoughts on this building from people who live there??? do any apts have terraces??

lived there for 10 years before recently moving. it is what you see - nothing hidden here. the super and doormen are spectacular.

This is Lincoln Terrace, not part of Lincoln Towers.

any reason why there is alot apartments for sale in this building
