so - does anyone live here? Feedback? Seems like another Silver Towers situation - new apts but really really far.

"Really far" is understating it.

I've worked at the CBS Broadcast Center (which is a block CLOSER to civilization on West 57th Street), and even CBS is a major hike to the nearest subway (Columbus Circle).

Very few amenities in that 'hood (unless you count the meth clinic a block away), and actually not a very safe area after dark (female staffers at CBS use the "buddy system" just to dash across the street to the deli during their night shifts).
