Did anyone go to the open house at 640 West End? What are the reviews?

Went to the open house. Was told there was already an offer, and a lot of interest. Apartment has a good layout, high ceilings, beautiful prewar details throughout , great light, nice tree top view, 2 big bedrooms + 2 smaller rooms (office/den). The kitchen was brand new, with all fancy appliances. Beautiful building, great location, quiet.

one more thing...we heard it's Mr. Pitts building from Seinfeld , and we should watch "The Doorman" episode !
