This couple, Jeffrey Levitas and Madeline McKenna from Corcoran, seem to have an inordinate number of building descriptions on streeteasy. Normal or not?

I assume it's marketing. I hang out on the bulletin board all the time and get clients from it (thanks guys!).

Similarly, agents are invited to contribute building descriptions for free (so streeteasy, like wikipedia becomes an aggregate knowledge base without having to pay for research).

Most of the buildings I specialize in (including the ones I own in) were already taken, but I wrote up a couple where I had done deals.

I assume Levitas and McKenna (who I don't know) wrote up a bunch as a way to try to attract business leads.
