This unit is not 1257 square feet. It was listed as 1009 square feet just until a day ago, FURTHERMORE, the REAL square footage is about 880 SF. That makes this ground floor apartment a rich $737 per square feet giving you no discount for putting up with street noise, gawkers, possible crime/break-ins, graffitti, etc.

and the best part is.... when you go to their site, the sq ft on the floorplan says 1009. you've got to be an imbasil to believe them.
